About Me

Joanne Doucette, Ed.D. is a licensed psychologis specializing in individual, couples and family psychotherapy, and maintains a private practice in Providence, Rhode Island.

With over 30 years experience as a clinician, and a graduate of Boston University specializing in psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral therapy, she is currently serving as private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. Among her areas of expertise are depression, anxiety, relationship problems.

In addition, Dr.Doucette has presented at conferences and to general audiences on the topics infertility and adoption.
