Regular Hours

Please note that psychological testing that is court-ordered or will be used for court purposes is not covered by most insurance.  Therefore, one-half the fee for court-related psychological testing is required prior to testing and one-half prior to completed report.  Questions can be addressed in a telephone conversation with Dr. Doucette

Rates
$225 for Initial Diagnostic Evaluation session 60 minutes
$192 per 45-minute session
$200 per hour for all court-related evaluations
$150  per hourfor all psychological testing

Copayments and deductibles are collected at the time of the visit in the office.  Payments are accepted in cash, check, credit or debit card form for Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Insurance

I am a provider for BlueCross/BlueShield, United Healthcare,  United Behavioral Health, Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, and Pacificare, Tufts Health Plan, and Aetna as well as any PPO plans.  Many insurance plans require authorization for mental health services.  Please check with your insurer to see if you require an authorization number prior to treatment. 
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. At the time of scheduling I will collect insurance information and my billing company will contact your insurance company verify benefits, number of sessions covered, deductible and copayment.

Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.

Late Cancellation/Missed Appointment Fee

A charge of $50 is applied for cancellations without 24-hour notice.
